What are Shards?

Shards are like tokens that help support Guilds within the Pixels community. When you buy a Shard, you're backing a Guild, and the Guild Leader decides your role within the community. Why are Shards important?

They enable Guilds to activate and promote their memberships. With Shards, Guilds can include users in their whitelist, granting them special privileges. Key Points:

Distribution: Existing Guilds get 28 Shards to allocate, while new Guilds receive 5 upon activation. Guild Creation: Forming a new Guild requires a Reputation Score of 1950 and costs 15 $PIXEL. New Guilds are awarded 5 Shards. Withdrawal Limit: There's a restriction on withdrawing $PIXEL based on Reputation points (600 points). Guild Roles: Different roles within Guilds include Follower, Farmer, Leader, Co-Leader, and Land Owner, each contributing uniquely to the Guild's activities. How to Get Shards:

Register on the Guild Request List to signal your interest in a Guild. Once whitelisted by a Guild, you can purchase Shards. Prices for Shards increase with demand, following a curve where each subsequent purchase raises the price.
